Ko Phi Phi or Phi Phi Island is at a distance
of 44 km from Phuket and 42 km from Krabi. Phi
Phi Lei comprises of two islands, Phi Phi Don
and Phi Phi Le. The islands are accessible only
by boat. A tranquil Muslim fishing hamlet, Phi
Phi Lei was earlier known as the temporary residence
of the Sea Gypsies, but over the years it has
turned into a hot tourist destination.
Phi Phi Lei has been voted as the third most

day trip to Phi Phi Lei. Two most remarkable features
of Phi Phi Lei are the paintings in the Viking
Caves and nests of edible Swiftlets, which are
used in bird nest soup.
